Join us for a captivating Rhythmic Gymnastics Performance at containR in Inglewood! This special showcase will highlight the beauty, elegance, and athleticism of rhythmic gymnastics, featuring some of our club’s top-level athletes.
Spectators will have the opportunity to experience a unique blend of sport and art as our gymnasts perform choreographed routines that combine dance, flexibility, strength, coordination, and apparatus mastery. The performance will demonstrate the dedication, skill, and creativity that define rhythmic gymnastics. Spectators will be treated to graceful routines with ribbon, hoop, ball, and clubs performed to music that enhances the artistry and expression of each performance.
From dynamic throws and catches to fluid movements and intricate body elements, our gymnasts will showcase the remarkable abilities developed through years of training and passion for the sport. This event is designed to not only entertain, but also to introduce the community to the exciting world of rhythmic gymnastics.
Following the performance, spectators of all ages will be invited to participate in a free mini demonstration class led by our coaches and athletes. This interactive session will give everyone a chance to learn basic rhythmic gymnastics skills, try some of the apparatus, and discover what makes this sport so enjoyable and rewarding.

We are proud to be Calgary’s premier rhythmic gymnastics club and the only club in the city developing individual athletes at the national level.
